These terms govern use of the Ember storefront and purchases from Simple Supplements LLC DBA Simple Cosmetics Pro (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and site use

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Information supplied during checkout must be accurate and complete. The site may not be used unlawfully or in a way that interferes with its operation or security.

Product information and pricing

We work to keep product descriptions, images, availability, and prices accurate. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an order placed using incorrect information. If a processed order is canceled because of a pricing error, the amount charged will be refunded.

Orders and payment

An order-confirmation email confirms receipt, not final acceptance. We may decline or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, inaccurate information, or product unavailability. You authorize us to charge the payment method provided for products, applicable taxes, and shipping shown at checkout.

Shipping and returns

Orders typically process within one business day and ship within the United States unless checkout states otherwise. Delivery dates are estimates. Returns are governed by the current Refund Policy and shipping details by the Shipping Policy.

Product use

Ember is a dietary supplement and must be used only as directed on its label. Website content is not medical advice. Review the ingredient statement and warnings and consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.

Intellectual property

Ember branding, product images, text, graphics, and site design are owned by or licensed to the business and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation

The site and products are provided subject to applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and liability related to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
